An Interesting Week

On Monday 22nd June 2009 we filled the first 20 octave casks with new spirit at 63.5% and each cask having a minimum original bulk content of 50 litres. All of these casks has been sold prior to filling and we are awaiting receipt of our next batch of octaves, due on (read more...)

<A licence at last>

It seems to have been a long time and when it did it was a bit disappointing. To what am I referring? Why our off-sales licence of course.
